Charitable fund “Sasha’s Home” supports the idea of family forms of raising children by forming new foster families which will be able to create conditions for physical, mental and spiritual development of each child that is deprived of parental care. Raising orphans according to family principle will bring children of different ages into one family, form attachment to those parents who live together with children day and night, will give these children opportunity to develop housekeeping skills and give each child personal approach as for development.

Even though this fund was registered in Gorlovka in 2008, its founders together with a donor Patricia Barnes have been providing children with food, clothes, medicines, etc. since 2000. But the idea of a family for each child wouldn’t leave us and Patricia purchased a building for orphans which later was reconstructed into apartments for foster families of the city of Gorlovka.
